1. Information we collect
Contact information, communication data, SMS/email/chat messages, consent timestamps, usage data, device details, analytics, cookies, and similar technologies used to improve site functionality and measure performance.
2. How we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, send opted-in transactional and marketing communications, improve the website and customer experience, and meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations.
SMS & mobile messaging consent
Users provide consent through the Inbnd chat widget or forms by checking one or both independent, unchecked consent boxes — one for customer care messages and one for promotional messages. Consent is never a condition of purchase and is collected separately. Consent is collected directly by Inbnd (Miles Ventures LLC) and is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
3. Sharing, cookies, security, rights, and retention: We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vetted service providers such as hosting, CRM, analytics, and email/SMS infrastructure, or when required by law. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze performance, and measure communications. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function correctly. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or marketing opt-out. We retain data only as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Our services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we may update this policy by posting a revised date on this page.

INBND
1–2. Eligibility & services
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services or opt in to text messages. Inbnd provides AI receptionist, marketing, automation, and related agency services. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in a separate proposal, order form, or statement of work.
4–6. Payments & use
Fees are defined in your agreement or invoice and, unless otherwise stated, are due upon receipt and non-refundable. Clients must provide accurate materials, secure necessary permissions, comply with applicable laws and platform policies, and avoid misuse, disruption, reverse engineering, or unlawful content transmission.
3. SMS messaging program & communications
When you submit information through our forms or chat widget, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Inbnd, including customer care messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, support follow-ups, and inquiry responses, and promotional messages such as limited-time offers, service announcements, and product updates only if you separately opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact gabe@inbndai.com. Mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7–15. Intellectual property, third-party services, warranties, liability, indemnification, termination, governing law, updates, and contact: All branding, software, content, and materials produced by Inbnd remain the intellectual property of Miles Ventures LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in their agreement. Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, which we do not control. Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miles Ventures LLC and Inbnd are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify Miles Ventures LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of services or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, and outstanding fees remain due. These Terms are governed by North Dakota law, with disputes resolved in courts located in Cass County, North Dakota. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
